MORPHOLOGICAL DESCRIPTION

Large evergreen tree that can be up to 30 m tall, belonging to the Cupressaceae family. It has leaves which are scale-like and dark green in colour, small flowers and round grey-brown cones. Cypress tree has traditionally been used to protect crops against the wind.

PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS (ORGANOLEPTIC):

  • Colour and appearance: yellow
  • Scent: coniferous, fresh, terpenic.quimiotipo-cipres

CHEMICAL FAMILY OF THE AROMATIC MOLECULES: Alpha-pinene, delta-3-carene.

Belongs to the group of MONOTERPENES.

CULINARY ACTIVITY:

Cypress chemotyped essential oil brings a touch of freshness to raw foods such as salads, smoothies, vegetables, etc. while providing a very special and defining flavour.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Take it always diluted, 1-2 drops in 250 g of nourishment (juice, tea, salads…). Maximum 3 times a day.
